Minted Rarities – Refund & Exchange Policy

At Minted Rarities, we stand by the quality and authenticity of our coins and collectibles. However, due to the unique nature of numismatic items and the volatility of the precious metals market, we have established the following Refund & Exchange Policy:

Eligibility
- Customers have 10 calendar days from the date of purchase (or delivery, if shipped) to request a return.
- Only items in their original, unaltered condition are eligible. Items that have been cleaned, damaged, removed from holders, or altered in any way will not qualify.
- Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Method
- Refunds will not be issued as cash or original payment reversal.
- Instead, approved returns will be issued as Store Credit equal to the original purchase price.
- Store Credit may be applied toward any future purchase with Minted Rarities and does not expire.
3.
Exclusions
- Bullion items (gold, silver, platinum, or palladium bought/sold primarily for metal value) are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Clearance items, special-order products, or items specifically marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
4.
Process for Returns
- Customers must contact Minted Rarities within the 10-day period to request a return authorization.
- Returns must be securely packaged and, if shipped, fully insured at the customer’s expense. Minted Rarities is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Upon receipt and inspection, Store Credit will be issued within 5 business days.

Binding Agreement
By completing a purchase with Minted Rarities, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Exchange Policy. This policy is final and binding, and no exceptions will be made outside of the terms stated herein, except as required by applicable law.
